Our services are free of charge for women living in Luton who have suffered abuse, are vulnerable due to substance misuse, offending, or mental health; or who have involvement with Children’s Social Care.

Domestic abuse, anger & trauma
One to one and group programmes focused on understanding, dealing with crisis situations and moving on from trauma.
Offending & Rehabilitation
Stepping Stones works with women who are at risk of offending, or have offended; working with them ask they look to turn their lives around and make better choices for the future.
Parenting Support Groups
Stepping Stones works with mums and their families to develop parenting skills and confidence and/or supports women involved with Children’s Social Care.
Drugs and alcohol abuse
We work with women who are problematic drug users or drinkers and who are looking to make changes to their lives to become healthier and happier.
