Office reopening

We are pleased to let you know that we will be reopening our offices as of Mon 7th December. We will be open Mon and Tues 9am to 5pm. We will of course continue to follow the government guidelines and take extra precautions to keep everyone safe. Appointments will be limited, so please bear with us and contact your keyworker if you would like a face to face appointment.

If you have any queries, please contact the office on 01582 457114.

We are pleased to let you know that we have reopened our offices. We are now open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday between 9am to 5pm.

We have made some changes to ensure that everyone is safe and we’re following government guidance. If you want to come in to see your Key Worker – please phone them and make an appointment with them. We are not accepting drop ins at this time. Appointments are limited so please bear with us if we can’t see you straight away.

We have increased our cleaning activities and ask that everyone keeps 2 meters apart whilst in the building. Unfortunately to limit contact with others, clients will not be allowed to come into reception, will not be allowed in before their appointment time and will not be allowed to use the kitchen or toilet facilities.

Please click on the Covid Risk Assessment if you would like to see our risk assessment and risk management plan to manage the reopening.

If you have any queries or concerns about our office reopening please call the office.

We have created a short summary and some videos of the changes you can expect – please click below to open them.

Welcome back
