UPDATED 5TH OCTOBER 2020

We are pleased to let you know that we have reopened our offices. We are now open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday between 9am to 5pm.

We have made some changes to ensure that everyone is safe and we’re following government guidance. If you want to come in to see your Key Worker – please phone them and make an appointment with them. We are not accepting drop ins at this time. Appointments are limited so please bear with us if we can’t see you straight away.

We have increased our cleaning activities and ask that everyone keeps 2 meters apart whilst in the building. Unfortunately to limit contact with others, clients will not be allowed to come into reception, will not be allowed in before their appointment time and will not be allowed to use the kitchen or toilet facilities.

Please click on the Covid Risk Assessment if you would like to see our risk assessment and risk management plan to manage the reopening.
