Coffee Cake Chat

This is a confidential, fun and safe place where women can drop in and have coffee, cake and chat. This group has been running since 2008 and continues to be of great value in gaining support and building friendships.  The group is the 1st Friday of each month 10am until 12pm.

The group has been and continues to be:[list type=bullets-blue]

• A time that women can be welcomed and encouraged.
• Where women can access perhaps for the first time and find out about the support we can offer.
• On occasions we combine the morning with celebrating events such as International Women’s Day.
• At other times we also invite guests to share information with us or promote awareness.
• We often use this space to gain valuable service user feedback and promote involvement.

[/list] Coffee Cake Chat has naturally developed into being more service user led and we welcome and encourage this. The staff are always around to support and do drop in too – especially to welcome and sample the home made cake!
