Stepping Stones is recruiting for a 12 month Administrator role, whilst our current Administrator is on maternity leave. But that doesn’t mean we’re looking for someone who is happy to just ‘cover’ a run of the mill role. We’re an award winning busy local charity with lots going on, but we’re always looking to learn and improve. Our Administrator role is an important job within the organisation and we’re looking for someone who is excited about the opportunity to really influence how we do things.

Our Administrator is the often first point of contact with clients and partner agencies so you need to be a strong communicator, both verbally and in writing; able to represent Stepping Stones professionally and confidently explain our services.

Lots of your work will be computer based, so you’ll need to have great IT skills and be highly proficient in Microsoft Office. Your tasks will come from a range of people so you’ll need to be able to multi task, work to deadlines, keep focused and not be afraid to ask questions.
